Maximilian Lück

Maximilian Lück, LL.M., is currently the EU-Affairs Lead and Head of the EU Liaison Office at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), where they manage the company's engagement with EU policymakers and regulators. With over seven years of experience based in Brussels, Maximilian previously held positions such as Head of EU Regulatory Affairs and Head of the EU Liaison Office at Deutsches Aktieninstitut, advocating for capital markets and sustainable finance. Their career also includes roles at the Court of Justice of the European Union and as a Senior Associate Lawyer. Maximilian earned a Master of Laws in European Law from the College of Europe and completed their legal education in Germany with both State Examinations in Law.
