Michael Ward

Michael Ward is an accomplished leader in program management and agile transformation, currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office at ICE since September 2023, overseeing Agile practices with a team of 48 professionals. Prior to this, Michael held several senior roles at Black Knight from January 2012 to March 2025, including Senior IT Development Manager, Agile Transformation Leader, and Senior Agile/SAFe Coach, where responsibilities included leading multiple teams and developing agile coaching strategies for a large organization comprising 1,100 employees. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is certified as a Scaled Agile Program Consultant and Certified Scrum Master from the University of North Florida.
