Norman Johnson

Norman Johnson has extensive experience in the information technology sector, currently serving as Director and previously as Senior Operations Analyst at Intercontinental Exchange since January 2011, where responsibilities include managing daily operations of proprietary electronic trading systems and addressing customer-related IT issues. Prior experience includes ownership of a computer repair business, PC Bits and Bytes, from April 2009 to April 2014, and roles as Network Administrator at Capital Access Network and Help Desk Technician at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Norman began a career in retail with Publix from 2000 to 2004. An alumnus of the University of West Georgia, Norman earned a BBA in Management Information Systems between 2002 and 2007.
