Refael Lasry

Refael Lasry is a Lead Data Scientist at ICE, currently developing NLP software for Named Entity Recognition in the fixed income domain. They have extensive experience, including positions as a Senior Data Scientist at Fairmatic, focusing on proprietary risk assessment algorithms, and as Co-Founder & CTO of Financial Venture, where they optimized volatility derivatives. Refael has worked as a Data Scientist at companies such as IBM and ClickSoftware, where they developed predictive models and anomaly detection algorithms. They hold a Master’s degree in Statistics from The Hebrew University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Statistics & Communications and Journalism.
