Saad Shaikh

Saad Shaikh is a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer at ICE, where responsibilities include overseeing SRE operations since November 2021. Prior to this role, Saad worked at Allscripts from August 2016 to November 2021, initially starting as a System Engineer and later as an Associate Consultant, focusing on proactive monitoring of hospital systems to ensure high availability and addressing infrastructure resource issues. Experience also includes administering server backups for clients at Symantec Backup Exec during an internship, alongside configuring and troubleshooting SQL backup jobs. Saad holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Diploma in Information Technology from Sinhgad Institute of Technology & Science.
