Shawn Sim

Shawn Sim is an experienced sales leader who has transformed sales teams across the APAC region. They served as a Platoon Commander in the Singapore Armed Forces and held various roles at Bloomberg LP, where they excelled in enterprise sales and relationship management. Shawn later worked at BlackRock, growing and managing significant assets under management, before becoming the Regional Director at FactSet, where they increased sales production across multiple markets. Currently, Shawn is the Director and Head of Southeast Asia at ICE, where they are driving business expansion and strategic sales initiatives in the region.
