Stephen Pearce has extensive experience in recruitment and consultancy, currently serving in a recruitment role at Intercontinental Exchange since February 2018, where the focus is on enhancing transparency and risk management in global financial markets. As a co-founder of KennedyPearce Consulting since May 2006, Stephen has contributed to establishing the firm as a leading recruitment agency specializing in various sectors including accounting, finance, technology, and risk compliance, emphasizing collaboration and strong relationships with clients and candidates. Previously, Stephen worked as a consultant at Robert Half International from 1999 to 2005, building a solid foundation in recruitment. Education was completed at Maricourt High School from 1989 to 1995.
