Su Yang B.

Su Yang (Su) B. currently serves as Legal Counsel at ICE since August 2025. Prior to this role, Su held several positions at Korea Exchange from January 2012 to July 2025, including Lead Manager in Global Business and Senior Manager in Clearing Rules & Regulations, as well as managerial roles related to KOSPI Market Trading Rules and market oversight. Additionally, Su worked as Principal for the Capital & Financial Markets Development team at EBRD from April 2023 to April 2024, focusing on legal and regulatory reforms. Earlier experience includes a position as Research Assistant at GongGam Human Rights Law Foundation in 2011. Su holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Cambridge and is a PhD candidate in Jurisprudence/Law and Economics at Korea University, where a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) was also obtained.
