Susan Baxter

Susan Baxter is an experienced instructional designer with a diverse background in academia and industry. Currently employed at ICE since September 2023, following its acquisition of Black Knight Inc., Baxter previously held a position as an instructional designer at Black Knight since March 2022. Additionally, Baxter has been serving as an adjunct professor at Florida State University since August 2022. Previously, Baxter's career included various roles at LIM College, including associate professor, dean of graduate studies, and chair of the marketing and management department from 2009 until August 2022. Other academic positions include adjunct roles at Baker College, Farmingdale State University of New York, and Bethune-Cookman University. Baxter also gained experience in management at Horizon Behavioral Services and Child & Family Services in Hawaii. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Instructional Systems and Learning Technology and a Doctorate in Marketing, along with other degrees in psychology.
