Tara H.

Tara H. is an accomplished HR professional with over a decade of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Director of HR Operations at Intercontinental Exchange since June 2014, Tara has held various roles within the organization, including Manager of HR and TA Operations and Talent Acquisition Program Manager. Prior experience includes managing operations at TRC Staffing Services, where Tara oversaw full cycle recruitment for over 200 distribution center positions, and recruiting for diverse roles at Axiom Staffing Group and Hire Velocity. Tara began a career in operations and customer support at Robbins Brothers Jewelry, Inc., complemented by an academic background in psychology from San Diego State University.
