Zandra Devine, PMP, CSM, has extensive experience in project management and program management across various industries. Zandra began her career as an Account Team Intern at Creative Intelligence Agency, where responsibilities included assisting with client deliverables and managing creative development for major clients. Subsequent roles included Project Coordinator at TeleCommunication Systems, Inc., where Zandra led projects in the Cyber division, and Sr. Project Manager positions at Black Knight and ICE, focusing on implementations of Mortgage Servicing Technologies. Zandra also served as a PMO Analyst and IT Project Manager at Stein Mart, contributing to the establishment of a PMO and leading complex enterprise projects. Zandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Towson University.
