David Peeler

David Peeler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial management and cost analysis, currently serving as an Associate at Dayton Aerospace since April 2019 and as Editor in Chief of the Journal of Cost Analysis and Parametrics for the International Cost Estimating & Analysis Association since November 2020. Previous roles include Research Scientist at George Mason University, Deputy Director and Interim Director of Financial Management at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, and Director of Staff at the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing. David Peeler has held various leadership positions within the United States Air Force, including Deputy Director of the Budget Investments Directorate and Commander of the 66th Comptroller Squadron. David Peeler holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MS in Strategic Studies from the Army War College and an MS in Cost Analysis and Management/Econometrics from the Air Force Institute of Technology, complemented by a strong educational foundation in Mathematics, Economics, and Political Science.
