David Peeler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial management and cost analysis, currently serving as an Associate at Dayton Aerospace since April 2019 and as Editor in Chief of the Journal of Cost Analysis and Parametrics for the International Cost Estimating & Analysis Association since November 2020.
