U.S. Property, Inc., a Lincoln, Nebraska-based real estate development firm specializing in industrial and mixed-use commercial properties across North America, has launched a new cold storage division aimed at supporting local and regional protein manufacturers.

To bring this vision to life, the company partnered with Tippmann Group, a leader in temperature-controlled facility design and construction, to build a state-of-the-art, 486,000 square foot cold storage facility. The facility includes advanced racking systems, freezing capabilities, and integrated transportation infrastructure—designed to meet the demands of today’s modern cold storage and distribution industry.

This investment marks a strategic move by U.S. Property, Inc. to bolster the food supply chain in the region and beyond.
