Meaghan Cummings serves as the Special Assistant to the President at the Institute for Clinical and Economic Review since March 2020, where project management responsibilities involve engaging with external stakeholders and overseeing key activities. Meaghan earned an MBA in Nonprofit Management from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management and holds a Bachelor's degree in Health: Science, Society, & Policy, Sociology, and Anthropology from Brandeis University, with educational experience from the University of Nottingham.

The Institute for Clinical and Economic Review (ICER) is an independent, non-profit research institute that conducts evidence-based reviews of health care interventions, including prescription drugs, other treatments, and diagnostic tests. In collaboration with patients, clinical experts, and other key stakeholders, ICER analyzes the available evidence on the benefits and risks of these interventions to measure their value and suggest fair prices.
