Craig Fleming

Craig Fleming currently serves as the Manager of Billing and Collections at Icertis since October 2023. Prior to this role, Craig held various positions at Qualys from May 2018 to October 2023, including Accounts Receivable Manager and Team Lead. Craig's experience also includes serving as Team Lead at Infosys BPO from April 2015 to February 2018, and as Assistant Manager at UnitedHealth Group from June 2013 to February 2015. Craig began a career in 2002 with Genpact India Private Limited, working as an Assistant Manager and previously as a process associate with GE Consumer Cards Services. Craig is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Program in Accounting at Jain (Deemed-to-be University), following a B.Com in Business Administration from St Vincents College, Pune. Educational background includes completing high school at Ornellas High School, Pune.
