Dave Shellberg

Dave Shellberg is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in pricing strategy and monetization across various technology and services companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Pricing & Strategy at Icertis since April 2025, Shellberg previously held multiple vice president roles at Cloudera, focusing on pricing and enterprise programs. At HERE Technologies, Shellberg led the Licensing Development & Intelligence team and spearheaded significant transformations in business models, including the shift to a consumption-based model with the Open Location Platform. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in new business model development at HERE, business development at Orbitz Worldwide, and strategic licensing at Nokia. Shellberg’s educational background includes an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a BS in Accounting/Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
