John Skinner

John Skinner is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in application support and cloud services. Currently serving as a Senior Application Support Consultant at Icertis since March 2024, John provides premium L2 support, addressing both technical and operational needs for customers. Prior to this role, John spent four years at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where responsibilities included working as a Professional Services Consultant, Solutions Architect, and Technical Account Manager, assisting enterprise gaming clients and other companies in integrating and optimizing AWS solutions. Earlier in the career, John gained foundational experience as a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist at Benjamin Hill Computer Consulting. John holds a degree in Computer Science from Murray State University, completed in 2019.
