Laurie Ehrlich

Laurie Ehrlich serves as the VP of Legal Product Management at Icertis since November 2025, following her role as Chief Legal Officer at Dioptra, which was acquired by Icertis. Previous experiences include a position as Advisory Board Member at Intellext, Chief Commercial Counsel at Datadog, and adjunct professor at Cardozo School of Law, where Laurie taught contract drafting. Over a decade at Cognizant, Laurie rose from Corporate Counsel to Associate General Counsel, where key achievements included the creation of the legal operations function and providing strategic legal advice for the North American Insurance Business Unit. Early career experiences include associateships at Allen & Overy and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, focusing on intellectual property law. Laurie earned a JD from New York University School of Law and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
