Rachel Hung is a Technical Program Management leader with 15 years of professional experience, including 6 years in B2B SaaS R&D and 9 years in consulting. They have held roles at notable organizations such as R1 RCM, Advata, and Lumedic, leading cross-functional programs and driving digital transformation solutions. Currently, Rachel is the Director of Technical Program Management - Applied AI Engineering at Icertis. They have a Master’s degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree from National Taiwan University, both of which they are pursuing.
