Richard Hirsch is a seasoned IT professional with over 35 years of diverse experience in various roles, including Director, Senior Sales Executive, Project Manager, and Consultant. They have led teams and managed numerous projects in professional services, particularly at SmartStream Technologies, where they oversaw a portfolio of around 200 projects. Currently, as a Principal Functional Consultant at Icertis, Richard guides product implementation teams and fosters client relationships. They began their career with an apprenticeship in IT and Economics, culminating in a diploma as a DV-Kaufmann. In their personal life, Richard has a passion for photography.
