Dan Hatter has over 20 years of work experience. From 1998 to 2000, they were an Onsite Helpdesk Staff at Icode Software, where they oversaw a 40-seat network Windows NT Server environment, troubleshot user issues, and performed regular maintenance on Active Directory users and Exchange Server. From 2000 to 2001, they were a Deployment Manager at Reliable Computer Parts Inc. and a Field Service Technician at Reliable Computer Parts. From 2007 to 2014, they held two roles at Managed Technology Partners, first as a Nationwide Operations Manager, overseeing 400 service calls per month with a gross profit of 42%, supervising five event managers, and reporting bi-monthly on profit and loss for over 30 clients, and then as a National Operations Manager. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Sales Engineer at IceWarp, and then a Senior Sales Engineer at Varonis.

Dan Hatter received their Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Northern Virginia Community College.
