Tim Fuller is an accomplished talent attraction and recruiting professional with extensive experience in the technology and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as the Talent Attraction Engineering Lead at ICEYE since August 2025, Tim has previously held roles at Drive Capital and Cryptic Vector, where a passion for working in venture capital was realized. As a founding member and Talent Partner at VenturePOps, Tim focused on consultancy services for venture-backed companies. A background in technical recruitment includes positions at Doctolib, where significant achievements involved hiring 40 engineers across Europe, and roles at HiveFive.ai, Google, and Apple, showcasing a strong foundation in talent acquisition. Tim holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Philosophy and Experimental Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, enriched by studies at the University of Cambridge.
