Dwayne Green

Dwayne Green is an experienced IT professional with a background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) at ICF Olson since December 2016. Prior to this role, Dwayne served as an Information Security Specialist at Canadian Tire, where key responsibilities included incident inspection across various server types and the implementation of security measures for email data protection. Dwayne has also held positions as an IS Application Analyst at ABB Ltd., where support was provided for global application issues, and as a Help Desk Specialist at Upper Canada College, assisting users with IT problems. Dwayne's early career included roles in customer service, accumulating significant experience from 2008 to 2014. Dwayne holds a degree in Software Development and Network Engineering from Sheridan College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from York University.
