Al Blankenship is a seasoned professional in disaster management with extensive experience since joining ICF in 2006 as Senior Vice President. Prior roles include Vice President and Senior Technical Director at COR3, and Principal positions within the Sandy Recovery initiatives. Blankenship also served as Business Operations Center Director and Deputy Program Executive for the Road Home Program. Prior to ICF, Blankenship had a distinguished career in the United States Marine Corps, retiring as a Master Sergeant after over three decades of service. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Administration from Tulane University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University.
