Allison Alexander

Allison Alexander is an experienced professional in the field of Human Capital, currently serving as the Director at ICF since January 2011. Over the years at ICF, Allison has progressed through various leadership roles, including Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate. Prior to ICF, Allison worked as a Research Fellow at Kenexa, an IBM Company, from August 2008 to August 2009. Academically, Allison holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University, completed in 2014, a Master's Degree in the same field from Texas A&M University earned in 2008, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University, awarded in 2005.
