Alysia Joost

Alysia Joost is a Senior HR Business Partner at ICF, with extensive experience in human resources spanning several roles and companies. Prior to joining ICF in July 2022, Alysia served as HR Manager, Talent Specialist, and Technical Recruiter at SemanticBits from February 2017 to October 2022, where the focus was on healthcare and life sciences for federal government clients. Alysia's earlier experience includes serving as the Coordinator of International Programs, ESOL Teacher, and Spanish Teacher at the American Hebrew Academy from July 2011 to January 2017.
