Alyssa Weaver is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human capital and change management, currently serving as Change Management Lead for HR Transformation at ICF since December 2014. In this role, Alyssa spearheaded the change management for an enterprise-wide Workday implementation affecting over 7,000 employees and led the Business Development training curriculum, collaborating with senior leaders to identify learning needs.
