Andrew Jarvis

Andrew Jarvis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public policy consultancy, particularly focusing on nature, climate, and food systems. Currently serving as Vice President at ICF since October 2008, Andrew leads the delivery of services to the UK Government and EU institutions and holds the position of senior director for data science and AI. Prior roles include Associate Fellow at Chatham House, where Andrew concentrated on food security, and Deputy Director at the Prime Minister's Strategy Unit, where Andrew was a policy lead on environment, energy, and innovation. Andrew's earlier career includes management positions at GHK Group and ECOTEC Research & Consulting, with a strong educational background in biology and economics from Merton College, University of Oxford, and UCL.
