Andrew MacDonald

Andrew MacDonald has extensive experience in program evaluation and research, currently serving as Director at ICF since May 2014 after progressing through roles as Senior Manager and Manager. At ICF, responsibilities include evaluating financial literacy and education programs, conducting data analysis, and developing training materials for educators. Prior roles include positions at the Corporation for National and Community Service, where Andrew compiled statistical data and conducted literature reviews, and as Editor-in-Chief at The Public Purpose, overseeing journal management. Experience also includes work with the U.S. Department of Commerce analyzing trade promotion efforts and policy research at SRI International. Andrew began a career at the US African Development Foundation, managing a $9 million portfolio of grants and leading evaluations in multiple African nations. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Policy from American University and a BA in Political Science and History from The University of Kansas.
