Anthony Howell

Anthony Howell is an experienced professional in early childhood education and grant management, currently serving as a Grantee Specialist at ICF since December 2023 and as a Grant Reviewer for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Children & Families since May 2017. Howell previously held positions as Executive Director and Program Director at Lancaster County First Steps, and Executive Director at Lakewood Preschool-Charlotte. Additional experience includes roles as Early Education Administrator at the Partnership for Children of Cumberland County, Independent Consultant at Danya International, LLC, and Center Director at Telamon Corporation.
