Ben Foster

Ben Foster is a champion for programs that positively impact the environment while enhancing outcomes for buyers, investors, and the clean energy market. As founder and president of Fosterra, LLC, established in 2015, Ben focuses on accelerating the deployment of clean energy projects. Currently serving as an Expert Consultant for ICF International, Ben has extensive experience managing over a dozen regional collaborative efforts and has worked in over 500 jurisdictions globally. Ben holds a BS from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is pursuing an MBA at Strome College of Business.
