Bobby Tuttle

Bobby Tuttle is an accomplished environmental services leader with extensive experience in project management and regulatory compliance across various sectors including renewable energy and infrastructure. Currently serving as Principal/Project Director at ICF since April 2025, Bobby previously held the position of Vice President - Environmental Services Energy Lead at AZTEC Engineering Group, Inc. from June 2023 to April 2025, focusing on business development and wildlife management in the western United States. Bobby's experience spans multiple roles at ICF, including Senior Managing Director, and engagement with multidisciplinary projects for major clients such as Southern California Edison. Earlier career roles include significant positions with EPG, Inc., Atkins, URS Corporation, Hicks & Company, and a teaching role at Austin Community College. Bobby holds a BS in Planning and a minor in Wildlife Biology, as well as an MS in Biology from Texas State University.
