Brigette Thomas serves as the Business Development Director for Climate, Energy, and Transportation at ICF, leading initiatives that support federal, state, and local climate goals while managing a team of business development professionals. Prior to ICF, Brigette held key positions including Business Development Principal and Climate Market Leader at Ecology and Environment, Inc., where significant projects such as a 750-MW solar farm were successfully secured. Previous experience includes the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Mazzetti, where marketing strategies were overhauled, and various leadership positions at GHD that focused on marketing and business development across multiple regions. Brigette began a career in civil and environmental engineering as a designer and project manager, ultimately achieving a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Lafayette College.
