Brooke E. Rivera

Brooke E. Rivera, MPH, MBA, PMP, is a Senior Program Director for Strategy & Innovation at ICF and an Adjunct Professor at Emory University, where they have shared their expertise since 2019. Previously, Brooke served as a Senior Enterprise Project Manager at the American Cancer Society from 2012 to 2016 and held roles at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from 2008 to 2011, including Senior IT Business Process Consultant and Senior Project Manager in Health IT. Brooke earned a Master of Public Health from Emory University and an MBA in International Business/International Relations from Georgia State University. Additionally, they hold a BA in Psychology with a focus on Neuropsychology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Georgia.
