Bryan Harder

Bryan Harder currently serves as a Manager and Field Service Representative at ICF, where responsibilities include managing the residential rebate program for PG&E in the Central Valley and collaborating with over 175 retailers to promote energy efficiency. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive in Commercial Sales at ADT Security Services, where business development and customer retention were key focuses, and serving as a Sales Operations Analyst at CareerBuilder.com, acting as a liaison between sales and operations. Additionally, Bryan held various roles at CareerBuilder, including Career Counselor and Franchise Restaurant Consultant, and was the Director of Landlord Relations at Homescout Realty. Bryan Harder is pursuing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling while holding a BS in Business Marketing from California State University, Fresno.
