Burr Neely

Burr Neely is the Director of Cultural Resources PNW at ICF, a position held since 2025. They previously served as Regional Director for Statistical Research, Inc. in the Pacific Northwest from 2019 to 2025 and were a Senior Cultural Resource Specialist at AECOM from 2017 to 2019. Burr also held leadership roles as the General Manager of Northern Land Use Research Alaska, LLC from 2013 to 2017 and Operations Manager at Northern Land Use Research, Inc. from 2005 to 2012. They hold an M.A. in Northern Studies with a focus on Cultural Resource Management from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a B.A. in History from Colorado State University.
