Carla Sabeva

Carla Sabeva is an experienced professional in project management and communication, currently serving as the Group Project Director for Europe & Asia at ICF since May 2022. Previously, Carla held positions as Programme Director and Senior Project Manager for Novacomm at ICF Next from July 2015 to April 2022. Carla also has experience as Communications Manager at the British Chamber of Commerce and as a Communication Officer at the Council of Europe. With a background at Ogilvy & Mather as Client Services Director and Media Director, Carla's early career included roles as Media Research Executive at Gallup International and Co-owner and Founder of K&M International. Carla holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM and a Master of Arts degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
