Carole Norris

Carole Norris is currently the Vice President at ICF International, where they manage the San Francisco Regional Office and oversee a team of 40 employees across various practice areas. Previously, Carole served as a Principle Planner for Contra Costa County, managing redevelopment activities, and as a Housing and Redevelopment Specialist for the City of Berkeley, leading significant housing projects. They also held the position of Vice President at the National Congress for Community Economic Development, focusing on advocacy for community development corporations.
