Carole V. Harris is the Vice President and Research & Evaluation Science Officer at ICF International, where they have been leading business growth and managing complex research projects since 2011. Prior to this role, Carole served as a Professor at West Virginia University from 1986 to 2011, providing leadership for the Health Research Center and overseeing various public health and clinical trials research studies. Carole is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Experimental Psychology from Hollins University while also holding a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Florida, where they completed their undergraduate studies with high honors.
