Caroline Young, PMI-PBA®, A-CSM®, POPM®, currently serves as a Supervisor and Scrum Master at ICF. Caroline began their education at Harrisburg Area Community College, earning an Associate's degree in Design and Applied Arts, before completing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Elizabethtown College.
