Carolyn Grant

Carolyn Grant currently serves as a Service Provider Team Manager at ICF, where leadership involves overseeing a productive team supporting utility clients' energy efficiency programs and providing training to service providers. Previously, Carolyn has held roles such as Outreach Manager and Lead Project Coordinator in energy efficiency initiatives for Maryland utilities. At Wegmans Food Markets, Carolyn excelled as a Customer Service Representative, focusing on customer service and inventory management. As Commercial Operations Manager at greeNEWit, responsibilities included managing energy-saving projects from initial assessments to final inspections. Carolyn has also gained experience as a GIS Intern and in various academic roles at Anne Arundel Community College. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Environmental Science and a GIS Certificate from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, along with an Associate of Arts in Environmental Science from Anne Arundel Community College.
