Carrie Giles, PMP, is a seasoned professional in clean transportation and project management with extensive experience in leading initiatives for electric vehicles and alternative fuel solutions. Currently serving as Senior Director at ICF since 2013, Carrie's work includes business development and project management for innovative transportation emission reduction strategies. Formerly, Carrie founded Everland Services, a residential real estate appraisal company, and held various leadership roles at organizations such as the Energy Commercialization Center and Utah Clean Cities Coalition, where significant projects focused on energy efficiency and alternative fuel vehicle deployment were developed. Carrie's educational background includes a Professional Masters of Science and Technology in Environmental Science from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
