Cathy Ezzo

Cathy Ezzo, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at ICF since June 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Cathy previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at the Gemological Institute of America from March 2014 to December 2022, where support was provided to approximately 500 employees across California and New York. Prior to that, Cathy worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at SAIC for over a decade, delivering HR support across multiple states and various organizational groups. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Representative/Generalist at Nuera Communications, Inc., responsible for managing all HR functions. Cathy holds a Human Resource Management Certificate from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Webster University.
