Chad Ricklefs, AICP, is currently the Natural Resources Sector Lead for the Department of the Interior at ICF. With over 24 years of experience in full life-cycle business development, they have held senior positions at various firms, including EMPSi, David Evans and Associates, and Tetra Tech. Prior to joining ICF, Ricklefs served as Planning Director at SWCA Environmental Consultants and worked as a Natural Resource Planner for Boulder County. They hold a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a focus on Environmental Planning from the University of Colorado at Denver, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Conservation and Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
