Char Goodreau

Char Goodreau has extensive experience in early childhood education and program administration, beginning as the Early Childhood Education Coordinator at the Children's Museum Seattle in 2006. From October 2006 to March 2007, Char served as a Program Specialist at Child Care Resources, working on the QRIS Communications Project and NAEYC Accreditation Facilitation Project. From March 2008 to September 2014, Char held the position of QRIS Administrator at the Washington State Department of Early Learning, where significant contributions were made to the transformation of QRIS into a statewide initiative, including the development of an integrated data system and involvement in grant writing for funding high-quality programming. Since October 2014, Char has been a Senior Technical Assistant at ICF International, providing support to CCDF grantees and collaborating with the Office of Child Care to drive child care quality improvement initiatives. Char holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Washington State University, obtained from 1988 to 1993.
