Chelo Millan

Chelo Millan is currently the Programme Manager at ICF, where they lead the design and implementation of large-scale EU-level programmes and projects. Previously, they served as a Senior Consultant within the European Social Policy team, managing a variety of contracts focused on employment and social policy. Chelo has extensive experience in project management, fieldwork, and organizing events for EU institutions. They hold an MSc in International Transport from Cardiff University and a BBA from Escuela de Negocios Caixanova in Vigo. Prior roles include working in marketing and accounting operations.
