Chelsey Jackson

Chelsey Jackson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human capital management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at ICF since August 2019. Chelsey has successfully managed projects, supervised consultants, and fostered client relationships while previously directing workforce planning and establishing frameworks for organizational culture during tenure as Manager of Human Capital. With a strong foundation as a Human Capital Consultant, Chelsey developed critical resources for recruitment and retention, alongside contributions to process improvements as an Associate at ICF.
