Christina Parker

Region 4 SR TTA Early Childhood Systems Specialist Head Start

Christina Parker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in early childhood education, leadership, and organizational management. Currently serving as the Region 4 SR TTA Early Childhood Systems Specialist for Head Start at ICF, Christina provides strategic planning and data-driven collaboration to foster innovative early childhood systems across eight states. As President and Professional Speaker of The Leadership Movement since 1999, Christina offers strategic planning and advocacy, including a notable keynote at the 2008 National Leadership Prayer Breakfast. Previous roles include Executive Director for GAEYC at the National Association for the Education of Young Children, Technical Assistance Project Manager at Child Care Resource and Referral, and various leadership positions within Head Start. Christina holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Master’s degree in Adult Learning & Leadership from Walden University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida.
