Christine Sutter is a seasoned bat subject matter expert with over 25 years of experience in wildlife ecology, particularly in bat conservation and technology development. Christine has held key roles, including the Head of Environment at Natural Power and the Global Head of Wildlife Technology, where they developed innovative solutions to mitigate wildlife impacts in renewable energy projects. Currently, Christine serves as the Principal Bat Biologist at ICF, advising on bat curtailment strategies and supporting agency coordination for energy clients. They hold a BS in Wildlife Ecology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MS in Bat Ecology from Indiana State University, along with a GIS certificate from Penn State University.
