Christopher Ross

Christopher Ross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and community initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Energy Analyst at ICF since March 2021, Christopher leads the Low-Income Energy Efficiency Assistance program for DTE Energy, focusing on implementation, project tracking, and future planning.
